peaceable Playground -
The Peaceable Playground is a joyful space for children of all ages!
In 2003, the entire church community came together to build this wonderful space for children. Under the direction of Leathers and Associates, world renowned playground architects, we built this ourselves!
The children contributed their ideas: the disciples fishing boat, Zacchaeus' treehouse (complete with a fun house mirror that makes you look small!), a game table, curly slide, "telephone" and lots more fun things make the playground a great place to recreate!
The playground is open to the community, and offers a safe place for neighborhood families to gather. We are deeply grateful to the Nashville Work Release program, which provided us with many wonderful co-workers. We couldn't have built it without their help!
Children's Library -
Located on the preschool hallway, the children's library is a place to discover a wonderful world of books to help children and their families explore the stories of our faith.
Here you will find a diversity of Children's Bibles and Bible Storybooks, and picture books on a wealth of Bible themes and stories.
Wondering about prayer? Peacemaking? Baptism? The Church? Want to find a book about Esther or David? Easter or Christmas? The Children's Library has just the book you are seeking.
