NEP partner stories:

Jennifer Fouse Vanderbilt Presbyterian Student Fellowship: -It has been a tremendous joy and constant adventure to welcome YAVs to work with us in campus ministry. I've been amazed by the creativity, energy and faith maturity of the YAVs. Furthermore, I've thoroughly enjoyed watching God at work in them, observing them blossom in leadership and witnessing them discover new gifts within themselves.

Chan Sheppard, Preston Taylor Ministries- NEP has been a huge answer to prayer for Preston Taylor Ministries. The YAVs we have had in the past have allowed us to expand our services in a cost-efficient way. The four YAVs we have had serving with PTM have integrated well into our staff and have each come with a unique set of gifts that we have used to grow PTM's impact. They have been bright, reliable, and extremely dedicated to the children and yout we serve.

Room in the Inn- addresses the needs of Nashville's homeless population physically, mentally and spiritually.

Conexion Americas - helps Hispanic families realize their aspirations for social and economic advancement by promoting their integration into the Nashville community.

The Martha O'Bryan Center
- supports and empowers individuals and families in need living in the James Cayce Homes and surrounding community to attain greater levels of well-being and self-reliance.

Preston Taylor Ministries - empowers children who live in the Preston Taylor public housing area to discern and live their God inspired dreams through Christian friendship and love for learning.

Tennesseans for Alternatives to the Death Penalty (tcask.org) - grass roots organization that educates Tennessee about the problems of the death penalty, advocates for policy change, and promotes alternatives.

Vanderbilt Presbyterian Campus Ministry (www.psfnashville.org) - works with the Presbyterian campus minister among and with college students to help them to live and to follow Christ's service to others.

Nations Ministr Center- joyfully serves Nashville's refugees and immigrants through educational and advocacy roles.
