@Table are groups of Second Presbyterian members who meet for meals in restaurants, homes or other locations. @Table is a great opportunity to meet other members and enjoy the fellowship of your 2PC friends. Some groups continue from year to year and some groups meet for part or all of a year as a way to meet other members of 2PC. Click here for more info.

New @Table meal groups will be forming for Fall 2012 - Spring 2013! In addition, a special @Table event is schedule May 4thfor all existing @Table groups as well as those who want to join a group this fall. Companions in Christ - Would you like to be part of a small group of people with whom you can share questions of faith?

Companions in Christ is a small spiritual-formation group designed to deepen your spiritual growth. Groups meet at various times throughout the week. For more information about Companions, visit the web site. For more information about Companions at Second, contact Terri Totty.

The Thursday evening Companions in Christ group will be begin a new study in mid-September. Christianity after Religion: the End of the Church and the Birth of a New Spiritual Awakening by Diana Butler Bass will be the source of our discussion. Presbyterian Women meet every second Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. – noon in the Session Room for Bible study, refreshments, and fellowship. Please join us! For more information, contact Anne Williams.

Men's Group - The last Saturday of each month, men from Second Presbyterian Church gather at Room in the Inn to prepare a hot breakfast and interact with approximately 100 Nashville homeless. For more information, contact Rob Nash.

Especially Supportive Parents (ESP) is a group of parents of children (of all ages) with special needs or chronic illness of any kind. They meet for support and prayer on the second Sunday of each month from 5:00-6:30 p.m. in Room 315 (upstairs in the education wing). They share stories as well as information about community resources and spend the last part of the meeting praying for each other and their kids. Anyone is welcome to attend; you don't have to be a member of the church or a parent. For more information, contact Vanessa Beasley.

Strength Training is an exercise class (free weights and stretching) for older adults. The class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Session Room (upstairs in the education wing). For more information, contact Charles Nelson

Career Vocation Forum - The Career Vocation Forum's mission is to be a supportive family of faith for members of the church and community who are in the midst of career discernment by providing spiritual nurture and encouragement, along with practical tools, techniques and resources for discerning the work we are called to do. We meet monthly to share stories and hear from various speakers around the community. For more information, contact Megan Godbey.

Office Help - The church office is always grateful for volunteers who can help with things ranging from light office work, answering phones, replenishing pew rack info, to subbing when Sarah or Jessica are out.
